Frequently Asked Questions - Visiting Conestoga

All ticket sales are done on our website. You can use your smartphone to order once you arrive at the gardens. No physical ticket will be mailed to you, just show your confirmation email for admission.

Tickets are non-refundable and the gardens will remain open in the rain, unless there is lightning in the area. If for some reason you were unable to visit the gardens on the date you purchased tickets for, please contact us for assistance.

The gardens are open to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from noon to sunset (7pm or 8pm depending on the season) beginning in May and ending in October. If you are unable to purchase tickets for a specific date, the gardens may be closed for a private event - please contact us with questions.

Yes, you may bring food and beverages for your visit, we just ask that you remove everything you brought with you upon your departure.

No animals are allowed on the property.

Tours are self guided and at your own pace. If you wish to schedule a guided tour with a larger group, please reach out to us for assistance at conestoga@ecklindevelopment.com.

At this time your ticket allows you access to the gardens only. There is no access to any of the buildings/structures on property.

We ask that guests not enter into any body of water on property. If you are interested in booking the pool for a private event, please visit the Events page.

A portion of the property is wheelchair accessible. Some locations must be accessed via steps.

We ask that no shoots are done during the gardens open hours (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon/evenings) to preserve the day guest experience. Bookable time slots vary per week. Please visit the photoshoot page for additional information.
